About Me

I am a psychotherapist with an office in Saugerties, NY .  I have experience working in outpatient mental health clinics throughout Brooklyn in addition to my private practice experience.  I specialize in working with individuals struggling in their relationships, dealing with feelings of anger, and coping with traumas. Regardless of the struggle, I believe the most important piece of therapy is tailoring each individual’s therapy to their unique needs in order to assist the growth and change necessary to feel better.

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress management, identity issues, life changes, grief and loss, and general feelings of being ‘stuck.’ I provide a warm, safe and supportive environment and have been described as open, caring, non-judgemental, unassuming, and easy to talk to and connect with.

I earned my Masters of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work and a Certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at The Training Institute for Mental Health.
